The tour will operate as scheduled in light rain, light snow, or variable weather conditions. We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. ・However, if we determine that conditions such as heavy rain, heavy snow, strong winds, thunderstorms, or other severe weather may pose a safety risk, we reserve the right to cancel, postpone, modify, or relocate the tour. Participants will be notified as soon as possible of any changes. ・If the tour is canceled by the guide due to unsafe weather conditions, no cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation Policy ◾️Cancellations made by participants for personal reasons are subject to the following cancellation fees: ・7 days to 48 hours before the tour start time: 50% of the tour fee ・Less than 48 hours before the tour start time: 100% of the tour fee ご予約ありがとうございます。ご予約に際して、天候・キャンセル規定を必ずご確認ください。 ・当ツアーはアウトドアアクティビティです。小雪や軽度の小雨、気温の変化ではプログラムを変更せず実施します。お客様に安全に快適にお楽しみいただけるツアーを準備しています。 ・ただし、大雪・雷・暴風・豪雨等の安全上の危険があると判断した場合は、中止・延期、または開催地の変更を行う場合があります。変更がある場合は事前にご連絡をいたします。 ・お客様都合でのキャンセルは以下の通りキャンセル料を申し受けます。 7日前〜48時間前：参加費の50%／48時間以内：100%（ツアー開始時刻基準）
